Travel & Callout Fees

Parts & Special Orders
Parts ordered specifically for a job may require upfront payment. Returns or cancellations on special-order components may not be accepted.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible.

Diagnostics & Repairs
Our technicians apply industry-standard diagnostic processes for diesel engines, heavy vehicles, trucks, utes and machinery. Diagnostics may not identify all underlying issues during the initial assessment.
No Guarantees on Pre-Existing Damage
We may not be held responsible for:

- Wear-and-tear or age-related component breakdowns
Third-Party Repairs
We are not liable for work completed by other technicians or workshops before or after our service.

Labour
